KKE Wave is a Touchless Automatic Car Wash Equipment built with the most robust technologies. The equipment uses high-pressure cleaning technology also called as the touchless technology for washing the cars. In touchless systems, as the name suggests, the Car Wash Machine does not come in contact with the vehicle and only High-Pressure water and a sequence of Cleaning Agents are used to wash the vehicle clean.

KKE Wave Automatic Car Wash Equipment is a Trolley or a Rollover System. The rails are mounted on the car wash bay and the trolley moves on it. Features like Multiple Speeds for car wash operations is a standard feature in all KKE car wash machines using the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Also, the equipment uses Direct Inline Drive technology for Jerk-free motion and long life of the Geared motors.

Coming to the Sensing technology, as the Automation in any equipment increases, the controller needs to have more sophisticated technology to perform its activities. Sensors play an important role to sense various operations and the location of the car. KKE Wave relies on Ultrasound technology to sense the position and the profile of the car. With the inputs received from not just the Ultrasound sensor but also a gang of other sensors,  the complex AI algorithm in the Siemens Controller of KKE Wave, a complete map of the current vehicle being washed is made and stored for the entire duration of the wash.

KKE understands the Car Wash Business and knows what Attracts your customers. For this reason, the Car Wash Equipment are made in bright colours and with attractive Lights. Also the various Foam Cycles and rotating nozzles are big eyecatchers which help in bringing the customers in.

KKE Wave is Payment Gateway enabled by default and requires no additional configuration or cost. Your Autocashier can be linked directly to Program Relay contacts provided in the control panel for easy integration.
