What data we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry or request a quote, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company, city/country and the details of your enquiry.
Customer portal. If you create a portal account, we process your name, email, company and phone to create and manage your account.
Usage information. With your consent, we collect analytics data about how you use the site (see Cookies below). We also record the sequence of pages you viewed before submitting an enquiry, so we can respond in context.
Technical data. Our servers and CDN process your IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely and to prevent abuse. We do not store your IP address alongside your enquiry.
Why we use it, and our lawful bases
To respond to your enquiry and provide our services — necessary to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Marketing communications — only where you have opted in, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Site analytics and marketing measurement — only with the consent you give through our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Security, abuse prevention and running our business — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and tracking
We use strictly-necessary cookies to run the site (security, your session, and your region and display preferences). These do not require consent.
We load analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and marketing (e.g. the Meta pixel) technologies only after you opt in through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
For the full list of cookies and their durations, see our Cookie Policy.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and with appropriate safeguards:
• Google (Google Analytics) — website analytics, where you consent.
• Meta Platforms (Meta pixel) — advertising measurement, where you consent.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — sending account and notification emails.
• Cloudflare — content delivery, security and DDoS protection.
• Our hosting and CRM systems (including our Odoo CRM) — to store and manage enquiries and customer accounts.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and equivalent UK safeguards).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and lead data for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it. Portal accounts are kept while active. We keep records of your consent as evidence of your choices.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.
If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
