Permanent Tire Wash

Permanent Tire Wash Systems are also referred to as Concrete Tire Wash Systems which are mostly installed for a longer duration of time. Say 5 - 10 years. Such locations could be Ore Processing Centers, Airports etc. Such installation have a concrete pit and concrete tanks for water reclamation purposes.

Portable Tire Wash

Installations which require to move after few months or years, for such purposes, Portable Tire Wash Equipment is preferred. The equipment for such installations comprises of Steel Equipment and Steel Tanks with scrapper conveyor. Such equipment are advisable for Mining Areas, Constructions Sites etc.

TW133 Tire Wash System


TW133 is a single segment tire wash system. The length of the system is 4m while the width is 2.7m The system can be installed in a Concrete bay or in a portable configuration above a steel tank with scrapper conveyor. This system might also be called as a Single Tire Rotation system. Suited for areas where the wheels are not very dirty.

TW144 Tire Wash System


TW144 is a two segment tire wash system. The length of the system is 8m while the width remains as 2.7m . Like the TW133, the system can be installed in a Concrete bay or in a portable configuration above a steel tank with scrapper conveyor. This system enables 2.5 tire rotations for standard trucks. Suited for Light to Medium Dust Levels. System works on medium impact technology.

TW155 Tire Wash System


TW155 is a three segment tire wash system. The length of the system is 12 m while the width remains as 2.7m . Like the TW133 and TW 144, the system can be installed in a Concrete bay or in a portable configuration above a steel tank with scrapper conveyor. This system enables 3.5 - 4 tire rotations for standard trucks. Suited for Medium - High Dust Levels. System works on Medium impact technology.

TW166 Tire Wash System - High Pressure

TW166 is a series with 4 equipment under it. These equipment work on High Impact technology. Tw166 series is suitable for Heavy Dirt Conditions where the ore is sticky and does not come off easily. This equipment series also can be installed in Concrete and Portable Configurations. The equipment has FRP optional side walls 3m in height.
