Wheel & dust control
Portable Wheel Wash Systems Qatar
Deploy Portable Wheel Wash Systems for top-tier pollution and dust control on construction and mining sites in Qatar. Fast relocation, full compliance.
Deployed and commissioned — no foundations, no cure time
Wash water recycled in a closed loop, every cycle
Splash guards above the drive surface — the highest in the industry
Vehicles per hour through a single 4 m bay
A Complete Wheel Wash That Moves With Your Operation
Portable Wheel Wash Systems are self-contained, heavy-duty modules that clean wheels, tire treads and undercarriage — automatically — before vehicles leave your site. Unlike concrete installations, they require no permanent foundation and can be relocated across project phases within a single workday.
Ideal for advancing mines, construction access roads, quarries, landfills and any site in Qatar where operations shift every 6–24 months.
Why it matters
Mud on Public Roads Means Fines, Delays and Shutdowns
Environmental regulators in Qatar require mining and construction sites to prevent sediment tracking onto public roads. Manual hosing is slow, inconsistent and wastes water. Sites that fail compliance checks face stop-work orders.
Why KKE
Built for the Harshest Environments
Hot-Dip Galvanised
Heavy-gauge steel, fully galvanised. No flimsy parts. Designed to handle continuous heavy-truck traffic for years without corrosion.
Deploy in One Day
Position, connect and commission within a single workday. No earthworks, no embedded tracks, no waiting for concrete to cure.
Water Reclamation Built-In
Every system includes a dirt trap with scraper conveyor, oil skimmer and coagulant dosing. Up to 90% water recycled per cycle.
Tire-Protect Design
No sharp edges in the wash bay. The splash guards stand 2.1 m above the surface the truck drives on — the highest in the industry, and they keep the water inside, not on your crew.
Simple Controls
Automatic operation from a rugged microcontroller with relay-based control. Timings and cycle are adjustable on site, so your team runs it from day one without a specialist.
Open Technology
No proprietary parts. Every component is globally available and serviceable by any qualified technician. Zero vendor lock-in.
How it works
From Dirty Tires to Clean Roads in Under 60 Seconds
Vehicle Drives Onto Wash Bay
Entry ramps guide the vehicle onto the steel wash platform. Sensors detect the vehicle and trigger the wash cycle automatically.
High-Pressure Spray Jets Clean Tires
Optimally positioned jets target tire treads, sidewalls and undercarriage. Single, double or triple rotation depending on soiling severity.
Dirt Trap Captures Sediment
Wash water flows into the below-deck collection pit. Multi-chamber settling separates mud, rock and debris. Scraper conveyor removes sludge automatically.
Water Recycled, Vehicle Exits Clean
Filtered water is recirculated for the next cycle. Up to 90% water recovery. The vehicle exits onto the public road with clean tires — compliant.

Find Your Configuration
Sixteen configurations, all on the TW610 platform. The number is tank capacity then bay length — 20.4 is a 20 kl tank on a 4 m bay. The letters give the tank: U underground or A above ground, with a trailing C where a PCET scraper-conveyor dirt trap replaces the plain settling tank. Answer the three questions to narrow the list, or browse all sixteen.

Throughput bands and material types are indicative — final tank sizing depends on water demand per wash, settling time for your specific material and site water quality. Our engineers confirm the configuration per project.
Choosing
Three Questions That Pick the Configuration
The model code is the answer to three questions about your site. Each one fixes a different part of it.
-
How much traffic?
Trucks per hour sets the bay length, and bay length is what decides how far the tread turns while it is under spray.
Sets the number — tank capacity in kl, then bay length in metres.
-
Up to 20 trucks / hour
8.48 kl tank · 1 tire rotation
8.44 m bay -
20 to 50 trucks / hour
20.420 kl tank · 1 tire rotation
20.44 m bay -
50 to 80 trucks / hour
40.840 kl tank · 2.5 tire rotations
40.88 m bay -
More than 80 trucks / hour
60.1260 kl tank · 4 tire rotations
60.1212 m bay

-
What kind of dirt?
Whether the solids your wheels carry fall out of still water on their own, or stay in it.
Sets the trailing C — a PCET dirt trap in place of the plain tank.
Rock, aggregate, coarse spoil
UG / AGHeavy solids drop to the floor under gravity, so a steel settling tank copes and clean water goes back to the pumps. The sludge comes out on a schedule.
Fine coal, ash, sticky clay
UGC / AGCFines stay in suspension and would carry straight back to the nozzles. In a C model a scraper conveyor lifts sludge out continuously and an oil skimmer clears the surface.
-
How much civil work?
How much excavation the site allows, and how much time the programme has for it.
Sets U or A — where the tank sits.
We can excavate a pit
UG / UGCThe tank goes below grade and the bay sits flush with the haul road, so there is nothing for a loaded truck to climb.
Prefer no excavation
AG / AGCThe tank stands on the surface with a transfer tank and the bay goes up on ramps. The faster option on rock, or on a slab that is already down.

Disinfectant Wheel Wash for Poultry Vehicles
A client required a chemical-bath wheel wash for biosecurity — sanitising poultry transport vehicles at farm entry points. We engineered a custom disinfectant bath with controlled chemical dosing and closed-loop recirculation.
Non-standard requirement? We can configure a system for it.
