What it is
Three brushes, pneumatic pressure, one height
The horizontal brush follows the roofline over bonnet, roof and boot. The two vertical brushes work the sides and wrap the front and rear. Brush pressure is set pneumatically and stays where it is set - simple, repeatable, and nothing to calibrate.
That is the honest difference between this machine and the X1.1. The X1.1 measures what each brush is doing against the car and adjusts as it goes; Speedoclean applies a pressure you chose. On a site washing a few dozen cars a day, that is a distinction that costs you nothing.
- Two vertical brushes plus one contour-following horizontal brush
- Pneumatic brush pressure, fixed - no calibration table to keep signed
- Single 2.3 m wash height, which covers cars and small SUVs
- Traffic-light vehicle positioning; an LED positioning display is an option
- Two chemical dosing channels, so soap and one paid extra
Specification
At a glance
Every model runs on a 380-415 V three-phase industrial supply. The incoming supply requirement - connected load, cable size and earthing - is issued with the quotation for the configuration you order, because the options you add change it.

Standard equipment
What every Speedoclean has
Flat-belt lift with counterweight
The same lift arrangement as every machine in the range. A counterweighted belt lift is quiet, it is serviceable, and it does not care how many times a day it runs.
Contour-following roof brush
The horizontal brush tracks the shape of the car rather than sweeping a fixed arc, so the windscreen base and the tailgate get worked instead of skimmed.
Soap and rinse systems
Dosing pumps meter concentrate into the line - nobody mixes chemicals in a bucket - with rinse pump, nozzles and pipework fitted.
Wash counter
On the onboard panel, incrementing every cycle. It is how a small site reconciles takings against washes at the end of the day.
Hardwired safety circuit
Safety relay to ISO 13849 Category 3 / PL d. E-stop from every position stops motion whether the PLC is running or not.
Supply protection
Phase failure, phase sequence and under-voltage protection. On a weak supply this is the cheapest insurance on the machine.
Options
What you can add
Priced add-ons for this model.
High-pressure pre-wash, side and roof
Loosens what the brushes should not be asked to drag off the paint.
Wash performance
Side-brush tilt and lock
Tilting the vertical brushes reaches the sloped glass and the rear of the car properly.
Wash performance
Underbody / chassis wash arch
A separate arch at the bay entry. Sells well anywhere salt or site mud is a fact of life.
Wash performance
Disc wheel washer
A rotating disc brush works the wheel face as the gantry passes.
Wheel and rim
Rim chemistry dosing channel
A dedicated channel so wheel chemistry is not diluted into the body wash.
Wheel and rim
Side dryers, pair
Roof drying alone leaves the flanks wet. This is the difference between dry and nearly dry.
Drying
Additional chemical dosing channel
One more product on the menu. Added per channel.
Chemistry and water
Foam arch module
The visible part of the wash, and the part customers photograph.
Chemistry and water
Water softener
Hard water spots a car whatever the machine did to it. Softening is upstream of the argument.
Chemistry and water
Frost protection kit
Standard for Europe and New Zealand, an option everywhere that gets a cold week.
Chemistry and water
LED positioning display
Tells the driver where to stop. The cheapest fix for a bay that keeps stopping mid-wash.
Control, payment and site
Cashless payment terminal
Takes payment at the bay. On X1.1 and above the gateway-ready wiring is already fitted for it.
Control, payment and site
Splash guards / bay screens
Keeps the wash inside the bay and off whatever is parked next to it.
Structure and finish
Custom colour and branding graphics
The machine is the biggest object on the forecourt. It can carry your name instead of ours.
Structure and finish
Heavy-duty galvanised frame
A heavier structure under the same machine, for the hardest environments.
Structure and finish
Commissioning and operator training
Quoted on every order. Your people are trained on your machine, on your site.
Service
Spares kit, twelve months
The wear parts a year of washing consumes, on the shelf instead of on a plane.

Speedoclean, working
A KKE Speedoclean through a full cycle.
Is it the right one
Buy it for the volume you have, not the volume you want
Speedoclean is designed around up to about 400 washes a month. That is roughly fifteen cars a day, six days a week - which is a real business, and it is where a lot of first sites sit for their first two years.
If your plan says a thousand washes a month by month six, buy the X1.1 now. Duty cycle is what sets design life, and the cheapest machine on a site that outgrows it becomes the most expensive one.
- Sites where a single 2.3 m height covers what arrives
- An operator on the bay, selecting the programme on the panel
- A short menu - wash, and one paid extra
- Somewhere the machine can be looked after with common tools
The platform
What the Speedoclean shares with the rest of the range
Designed to EN 17281. Safety hardwired to ISO 13849 Category 3 / PL d, with the PLC outside the safety path. Phase, sequence and under-voltage protection as standard, and every blower on its own motor protection breaker. Galvanised body panels in high-gloss polyurethane, with every galvanised-to-mild-steel joint isolated. Ships semi knocked down and bolts together on site.
Questions
Speedoclean, in detail
Is the Speedoclean a touchless machine?
No - it is a brush machine, and deliberately so at this end of the range. Brush washing uses less water and less chemistry for the same result, which matters most on the sites that buy an entry machine. If nothing may touch the paint, the touchless machine in this range is the Wave.
How long does one car take?
About six minutes at the nominal cycle rate, depending on the length of the car and the programme selected. The three programmes are built from pre-wash, pre-wetting, soap, brush wash, rinse, wax and dry.
Does it wash wheels?
Not as standard. A disc wheel washer is an option, and a rim chemistry dosing channel can be added with it so wheel product is not diluted into the body wash. On the X2 both are fitted as standard, and the wheel wash runs as its own named step in the programme.
Can a taller wash height be added later?
No. Speedoclean is a single-height machine and the extension kit that raises the others does not apply to it. If there is any chance you will need 2.6 m or more, that decision belongs before the order, not after - and it points at the X1.1.
What does it need on site?
A level bay of roughly 10 m by 5 m with a drain and the rails cast in, a water supply, a compressed-air supply for the pneumatic brush pressure, and three-phase power. Send us a plan and our site design team will check it before anything is ordered.
Is operator training included?
Yes, and we ask for them during installation rather than after it - someone who watched the machine go together knows where everything is. Commissioning and operator training are quoted on every order, and the operation, maintenance, fault-diagnosis and preventive-maintenance manuals ship with the machine.
