What you wash, and on which machine

One row per wash line — pick the vehicle type, then the KKE model, then how many of those bays you run. Volumes are per bay. Litres per wash are typical figures; overwrite them with your own metered numbers for a sharper estimate.

Operating pattern and peak

The plant and the collection tank are both sized on your busiest window, not the daily average. Each bay above can have its own window — we assume they can coincide, which is the safe reading. Leave the peak fields blank and we'll estimate from the profile instead.

Site and water

Drainage decides how much of your wash water actually reaches the plant. Hardness decides whether you need stage 4.

Optional — add what a cubic metre of water costs you, including discharge or sewer charges, to see the annual saving.

Local compliance · India: In India, wash-water discharge is regulated by the State Pollution Control Boards under the Water Act — most wash sites need a Consent to Operate, and many cities now restrict fresh water for washing. Recycling with the W100 keeps you within those limits and cuts fresh-water use.
