Vehicle Drives Onto Wash Bay

Entry ramps guide the vehicle onto the steel wash platform. Sensors detect the vehicle and trigger the wash cycle automatically.

High-Pressure Spray Jets Clean Tires

Optimally positioned jets target tire treads, sidewalls and undercarriage. Single, double or triple rotation depending on soiling severity.

Dirt Trap Captures Sediment

Wash water flows into the below-deck collection pit. Multi-chamber settling separates mud, rock and debris. Scraper conveyor removes sludge automatically.

Water Recycled, Vehicle Exits Clean

Filtered water is recirculated for the next cycle. Up to 90% water recovery. The vehicle exits onto the public road with clean tires — compliant.

Sixteen configurations, all on the TW610 platform. The number is tank capacity then bay length — 20.4 is a 20 kl tank on a 4 m bay. The letters give the tank: U underground or A above ground, with a trailing C where a PCET scraper-conveyor dirt trap replaces the plain settling tank. Three Questions That Pick the Configuration

The model code is the answer to three questions about your site. Each one fixes a different part of it.

  1. How much traffic?

    Trucks per hour sets the bay length, and bay length is what decides how far the tread turns while it is under spray.

  2. What kind of dirt?

    Whether the solids your wheels carry fall out of still water on their own, or stay in it.

    Sets the trailing C — a PCET dirt trap in place of the plain tank.

    Rock, aggregate, coarse spoil

    UG / AG

    Heavy solids drop to the floor under gravity, so a steel settling tank copes and clean water goes back to the pumps. The sludge comes out on a schedule.

    Fine coal, ash, sticky clay

    UGC / AGC

    Fines stay in suspension and would carry straight back to the nozzles. In a C model a scraper conveyor lifts sludge out continuously and an oil skimmer clears the surface.

  3. How much civil work?

    How much excavation the site allows, and how much time the programme has for it.

    We can excavate a pit

    UG / UGC

    The tank goes below grade and the bay sits flush with the haul road, so there is nothing for a loaded truck to climb.

    Prefer no excavation

    AG / AGC

    The tank stands on the surface with a transfer tank and the bay goes up on ramps. The faster option on rock, or on a slab that is already down.
