The KKE W100 runs automatically with no manual intervention. Unlike systems that need large in-ground tanks for oil removal and sludge settling, the W100 does its work above ground in a compact footprint.

How it works
Four stages, one closed loop
Each stage is skid-mounted and can be ordered separately, so you scale to your water and site. An optional aeration stage injects air to further cut odours.
Oil & sludge separation
An above-ground separator pulls oil, sludge and water apart — no multiple in-ground settling tanks, and maintenance happens without stopping the wash.

Water passes through a vessel of sand, gravel and anthracite to strip out fine dirt and suspended solids.
