A full touchless wash pass
The gantry travels the length of the vehicle and back, applying each stage of the cycle. No brushes, no cloth, no contact with the paint.
KKE ArrowClean — touchless automatic car wash machine
Starting out
Open a premium car wash on a small plot
ArrowClean needs a 7 m x 3.5 m bay with a 3 m ceiling — far less than a tunnel — so a wash brand can open in a mall, a basement car park, a fuel-station forecourt or an urban high street.
- Compact footprint — the rent you pay is for one bay, not a tunnel.
- Single-operator workflow — one trained person runs the machine.
- Premium touchless wash supports a premium price per car.
- Quick to commission — the bay can be earning in its first week.
Already trading
Add a wash bay to a business you already run
Running a service centre, fuel station, dealership or detailing studio? Drop an ArrowClean into one existing bay and keep the wash revenue you are currently sending to competitors.
- Fits a single existing bay — no rebuild of the site.
- Upsell a wash to every service and fuel customer already on site.
- Differentiates you from manual-bucket washes nearby.
- No brush contact, so there is no scratch liability on a customer's paint.
The business case
Why ArrowClean earns its bay
A touchless premium wash earns more per car, costs less to run, and protects every vehicle that enters the bay.
Premium pricing
A touchless, foam-rich wash is a different product from a bucket wash — and KKE positions it at two to three times the ticket.
Lower staff cost
One trained operator runs the bay instead of a team of cleaners, and a faster cycle means more cars per shift.
No scratch liability
Nothing mechanical touches the paint, so there are no brush-damage claims — which matters for luxury and new-car customers.
Lower running cost
Maintenance-free drives keep OPEX down, and pairing the bay with W100 recycling cuts what you pay for water.
Engineering
What makes it a touchless machine, not a brush machine
High-pressure touchless wash
A built-in high-pressure system with stainless-steel V-nozzles lifts mud, salt and road grime off the surface — no brush, no cloth, no contact.
Small footprint
7 m x 3.5 m of floor and a 3 m ceiling is enough. Built for compact urban sites rather than greenfield tunnels.
Semi-automatic, saves time
The operator presses Start and the gantry runs the full forward and return pass — faster and more repeatable than washing by hand.
Advanced chemical dosing
Foam soap, lava foam, triple foam wax and sealer wax are dosed automatically, with quick-swap containers so a refill is not downtime.
Galvanised for long life
Hot-dip galvanised structure and rails, specified for humid, dusty and salt-laden environments where painted steel gives up.
Maintenance-free drives
A direct inline drive with lifelong grease-filled gearboxes — no daily lubrication round, and a lower running cost for it.
The wash
An 8-stage cycle, in automatic or semi-automatic mode
In automatic mode the operator picks one of three preset programs. In semi-automatic mode each pass is selected individually, so a heavily soiled vehicle gets exactly the stages it needs.
Press Start
The operator selects a program on the touch panel and the gantry takes over.
Prewash
A first wetting pass loosens dirt so the chemistry can do its work.
Foam soap
Rich lather is applied across the whole vehicle through the foam nozzles.
Lava foam
Active, lit foam blankets the body — it lifts soil and it is what customers photograph.
Triple foam wax
Coloured foam wax adds gloss and a protective layer over the paint.
High-pressure rinse
The built-in high-pressure stage drives the loosened soil off the surface.
Sealer wax
A sealer pass finishes the paint and helps water sheet off it.
Low-pressure rinse
A final gentle rinse leaves no foam or wax residue behind.
Chemistry
Foam that sells the wash
Lava foam and triple foam wax are as much a marketing asset as a cleaning stage — a vehicle disappearing under lit, coloured foam is what makes a passer-by stop and queue.
- Pre-wash foam soap — full coverage before anything is rinsed.
- Lava foam — thick active foam with integrated lighting.
- Triple foam wax — coloured wax foam for gloss and protection.
- Sealer wax — the final gloss layer before the last rinse.

Check the bay before you order
The machine occupies 7,000 mm of rail, 3,100 mm across and 2,608 mm high, and passes a vehicle up to 2,400 mm wide and 2,300 mm tall. Allow a 7,000 x 3,500 mm bay with a 3 m ceiling, plus a 1 m x 2 m plant room for the pump set and dosing.
- Bay 7,000 mm long x 3,500 mm wide x 3,000 mm high.
- Plant room 1 m x 2 m, adjacent to the bay.
- Vehicle envelope 2,400 mm wide x 2,300 mm tall.
- Our engineers can survey your site and mark the rail line before you commit.

Add-ons that widen the menu
Each one is a service you can price separately once the bay is running.
Under-chassis wash
A sensor-triggered wash at the entry point, or a trolley-mounted ICMO unit with its own soap and high-pressure rinse cycles. An easy upsell for SUV and luxury customers.
Onboard blowers
Blowers mounted on the ArrowClean gantry itself, running on the final pass for spot-free drying without towels — no separate arch and no extra floor space.
W100 water recycling
A four-skid system (oil separator, multimedia, activated carbon, resin softener) rated 2,000–20,000 L/hr — the running-cost saving that matters most on metered water.
Installation, training & AMC
Turn-key installation, operator training and an annual maintenance contract, so the bay is productive from day one and stays that way.

Questions we get asked
ArrowClean FAQs
Is ArrowClean really brushless?
Yes. The wash is touchless: chemistry plus a built-in high-pressure system with stainless-steel V-nozzles does the cleaning, and nothing mechanical contacts the paint. That is why there is no brush-damage exposure on customers' vehicles.
How much space do I need?
Allow a bay 7,000 mm long, 3,500 mm wide and 3,000 mm high, plus a 1 m x 2 m plant room. The machine itself is 7,000 mm along the rails, 3,100 mm wide and 2,608 mm high, and takes vehicles up to 2,400 mm wide and 2,300 mm tall.
What is the difference between automatic and semi-automatic mode?
In automatic mode the operator selects one of three preset programs and the machine runs the whole cycle. In semi-automatic mode each pass is chosen individually, so a heavily soiled vehicle can be given extra stages without running a full program.
Can it dry the vehicle?
Yes, with the optional onboard blowers. They mount on the ArrowClean gantry and run on the final pass, so you get spot-free drying without towels, a separate drying arch or extra floor space.
Can I reuse the wash water?
Yes. The optional W100 recycling package is a four-skid system — oil separator, multimedia filter, activated carbon and resin softener — rated 2,000 to 20,000 L/hr, which is usually the single biggest running-cost saving on a metered-water site.
What is included at handover?
Turn-key installation and operator training, with an annual maintenance contract available. An after-sales engineer is assigned to your site.
Which colours can I have?
Red, blue or grey as standard, over the galvanised steel structure and hot-dip galvanised rails.
